I called Brian at PensaCool to install a mini-split ductless system in our insulated shed. I was so impressed with their professionalism and work ethic on this job that when our home heat pump gave out, I called PensaCool again. Brian suggested a new Bosch multi-stage unit. Brian and his team showed up on time and worked until it was installed and tested to make sure everything was right. We have found the system is very quiet and for the first time our kitchen is cool, even when cooking. We appreciate them.

PensaCool has already replaced two of our three traditional systems with multi-head ductless systems, and will soon be replacing our third traditional system as well. The new units are much more energy efficient, they are quiet, and they let each of us control the temperature within our own offices. We couldn't be more pleased!
